Information about BSNL EVDO Card

I have taken room near MMM Hospital.
I am planning to purchase BSNL EVDO.
What, I heard about BSNL EVDO is

First Inverstment: Rs. 4500/-

Monthly Rental: Rs. 500/-

Speed: 512 KBPS

Coverage: All Over Maha(In Travelling Also)

Download Limit: Unlimited

I think its cheap and best plan in BSNL because. I am already paying,

Rs. 960/- Per Month for BSNL BROADBAND 750 PLAN FOR SPEED 256 KBPS, UNLIMITED DOWNLOADING, WIRED MODEM.

But, I need to know your suggestions, who ever used this BSNL EVDO or heard about this in this thread.
